A rather unusual manganese subsoil allows this Cru to express fine aromas of flowers, spices and ripe fruit in the nose before revealing a harmonious mouth with rounded tannins.

A combination of very old vines, a legendary vintage and cask ageing can only lead to a great, rich and powerful Beaujolais, with flavours of kirsch and liquorice.

This Moulin-à-Vent is aged in casks for 12 months.

Its complex nose exhales aromas of dark fruit, plum and liquorice,  followed by a powerful, sophisticated mouth with a long finish.

A reputed shale terroir produces this Morgon with intense aromas of very ripe and finely wooded red fruit, also found in a powerful mouth with magnificent tannins.

This white Vacqueyras strongly evokes scrubland with flavours of yellow fruit, aromatic herbs and spices that fill a dense, deep mouth with touches of Provence.

A great white wine from the South !

This vintage is the result of a selection from the oldest vines on the estate.

With a yield of 18 hl/ha, it is a dense, concentrated wine with intense flavours of black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant that impregnate a smooth palate with a persistent finish.

Manon offers a taut and harmonious mouth of impressive aromatic purity with touches of white and citrus fruit, followed by a mouth-watering finish marked by a saline freshness.

On the nose and in the mouth, you find aromas of glazed apricot, almonds and soft spices, touched with a fine minerality before a long finish of crystal-clear freshness.

In 2015, the nose of this vintage is complex and intense with aromas of dark fruit, liquorice and scrubland.
