If, on reception of your parcel, it does not seem to be compliant with your order or if breakage seems to have occurred, you must either notify the delivery person of this (on the delivery slip) or refuse the parcel and request that it is returned to the sender.

The delivery person called twice, but unfortunately I was not able to receive my order, what should I do?
If our delivery partner has called twice at the address indicated in the order and in spite of this you have not been able to receive your order, we invite you to follow the instructions that they should have left you in your letterbox. Your order has probably been sent to one of our delivery partner’s warehouses and it is your responsibility to go and collect your order. Please note: the storage of your order in the warehouses of our delivery partner may lead to the charging of extra fees which you must pay before collecting your order.
